Refurbishment and extension of former hotel into offices with retail space at ground level. Involved repointing of brickwork, restoring the historic shop fronts and windows and all period detailing.

Refurbishment and extension of terrace properties adjacent to City Walls as part of Townscape Heritage Initiative.

St Conal's Hospital, Letterkenny 2013<br>
Refurbishment and restoration including structural repairs to timber elements, restoration of sliding sash windows, roof and repointing and repair of external stonework.
